Frequently asked questions

What counts as a page?: Each page processed by OCR (text extraction from scanned PDFs) counts toward your monthly limit. Editing, annotating, and signing PDFs that already have selectable text doesn't count. Page counts reset on the 1st of each month.
Can I cancel anytime?: Yes. Cancel from your account settings — you'll keep Pro/Business access until the end of the current billing period.
How does annual billing work?: You're charged once per year at the discounted rate — equivalent to getting 2 months free. You can switch back to monthly at your next renewal.
Is my data private?: Always. Files are processed over an encrypted channel and removed from our servers after your session ends. We never train models on your documents.
